7. Intellectual Property

9. Liability

10. Third-Party Services

If a project requires third-party tools, hosting providers, plugins, fonts, or software licenses, the client may be responsible for those costs unless otherwise agreed.

11. Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, completed work up to that point will be invoiced.
Upfront payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Place of jurisdiction is determined by applicable legal provisions.
